Getting Here
Treis-Karden sits on the Moselle line – the station is right in the village. If you're coming by car, the B 49 along the Moselle brings you straight here.
By train
Treis-Karden station sits on the Moselle line (line 690, Koblenz – Cochem – Trier). It is served by the RE 1 regional express and the RB 81 regional train, plus a few other services on the line. Approximate journey times:

- Trier Hbf approx. 1 hr
- Bullay (change for Zell) approx. 25 min

Step-free access to platforms 2 and 3 is by lift from Moselstraße. The tourist information office is inside the station building. It's a short walk from the station to the collegiate church and the riverside.
By car
Treis-Karden lies on the B 49, which runs along the Moselle from Koblenz to Trier; the B 416 towards Kastellaun/Hunsrück begins in Treis. From the A 48 motorway, take the Kaisersesch exit (about 15 km) or come via Koblenz along the Moselle.

Parking
Parking is available at the station, along the riverside and at the Alte Knabenschule. [Locations, fees and EV charging points to be added.]
Bus & local transport
Treis-Karden is part of the Rhein-Mosel transport network (VRM). Regional bus routes connect the village with Cochem and the surrounding area; timetable information at vrminfo.de.
Guest ticket: Overnight guests travel free on bus and train throughout the VRM network with the guest card – issued by your host or the tourist information office.
By bike
The Moselle cycle path runs along both banks through Treis-Karden – mostly flat and away from the main road. Connects to the Maare-Mosel cycle path via Kaisersesch.
On foot
